Warren Anderson Consulting is a boutique IT consulting practice built around one principle: the person you hire is the person who does the work. No bait-and-switch, no offshore handoffs, no junior engineers learning on your environment.
Warren Anderson Consulting was founded in 2006 by Warren Anderson — an IT professional with a deep, practical focus on endpoint management and the Microsoft 365 product stack. Over nearly two decades, Warren has served as Lead Endpoint Engineer, System Administrator, and Desktop Administrator across a diverse set of industries: retail pharmacy, insurance, legal services, manufacturing, non-profit, election systems, and automotive.
That breadth matters. The problems facing a 200-person law firm are not the problems facing a 5,000-endpoint pharmacy chain, and they're not the same as the problems facing a non-profit trying to stretch every dollar. Having worked inside all of those environments, Warren brings pattern-matching instincts that come only from doing the work — not from reading about it in a vendor playbook.
When you engage Warren Anderson Consulting, you get an experienced engineer who has personally deployed Microsoft Intune to thousands of devices, migrated Exchange environments to Office 365, implemented Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning, and designed compliance and security policies that pass real audits. Not a project manager translating for engineers, and not a sales team promising things the delivery team can't build.
The practice is intentionally small. That means engagements are selective — Warren takes on projects where he can personally add value, stay involved from start to finish, and deliver on what was scoped. It also means communication is direct. You'll have Warren's phone number, email, and calendar.
The same clients who needed modern workplace guidance ten years ago now need guidance on AI — and they're getting a firehose of confusing, often bad advice. The AI practice at Warren Anderson Consulting is about bringing the same grounded, practical approach to this new category: small-scale pilots, clear ROI, and solutions that integrate with the Microsoft stack you already run.
No bold claims, no glossy decks, no abstract "digital transformation" talk. Just working AI solutions that save time, reduce risk, or unlock something that wasn't possible before.
Warren Anderson Consulting is based in the Omaha metro area and serves clients throughout Nebraska and the Midwest on-site. Remote engagements are available nationwide — modern endpoint and M365 work is mostly remote-friendly by design.
